Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Found Space Trading Pty Ltd, Melbourne, Australia (“Found—Space”).

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older.
Employees of Found—Space, its affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period

• Registration opens: 17 November 2025
• Entries close: 15 December 2025
• Winner announced: Week of 20 December 2025

All entries must be received and posted during the entry period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Season of Connection Giveaway:

1. Complete the official entry form on the Found—Space website.
2. Create a video (up to 90 seconds) featuring a sauna and/or plunge (any brand) that expresses what connection means to you and what winning a Found—Space sauna would mean for you or your family.
3. Post the video publicly to your Instagram feed between 17 November and 15 December 2025.
4. Tag @foundspace and use the hashtag #FoundSpaceConnection in your caption.
5. Ensure your post remains live and publicly visible until 31 March 2026.
6. Limit of one entry per person.

Incomplete, late, or private posts may not be eligible.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a Found—Space Nyssa III Sauna.
• The prize includes standard delivery and installation within Australia or New Zealand.
• Delivery will take place in early 2026.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Judging & Selection

Eligible entries will be reviewed by the Found—Space team after the closing date.
Entries will be judged on the following criteria:

• Creativity: originality and how well the theme is expressed
• Connection: how the entry captures the spirit of the season — joy, presence, or togetherness
• Meaning: how clearly it conveys what connection and winning a Found—Space sauna mean to you
• Authenticity: warmth and sincerity in the message

The winner will be chosen based on overall impact and alignment with the theme.
The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email and/or Instagram direct message.
If no response is received within five (5) business days, Found—Space reserves the right to select another winner.

8. Content Rights & Usage

By entering, participants grant Found—Space a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and display their submitted content (including videos, captions, and Instagram handles) across Found—Space’s:

• Social media channels
• Website
• Email communications
• Digital and print marketing materials

All reposts or usage will include credit to the original creator.

9. Privacy

Found—Space is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this giveaway and, if consented to, for sending marketing communications in line with Found—Space’s Privacy Policy.
Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

10. General Conditions

Found—Space reserves the right to:

• Verify the eligibility of entrants
• Disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions
• Withdraw, suspend, or modify the giveaway if technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances occur outside its control

Found—Space will not be liable for any technical errors, lost entries, or other issues beyond its reasonable control.
