How it works
- Lock in your order. Design and confirm your order with your Found—Space sauna specialist as normal. When you are ready to pay, tell them you would like monthly instalments.
- We send you a secure Splitit link. Open it, enter your card details and choose 3, 6, 9 or 12 monthly instalments. It takes a couple of minutes, with no sign-up and no paperwork. All you need is a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card.
- Done. Your first instalment is charged when you confirm the plan, and the rest are charged to the same card each month on the same date. Nothing to remember and nothing to manage.
What you pay
The price is the price. Here is what the Nu-a II, our two person full spectrum infrared sauna at $14,950, looks like on each plan:

No interest and no fees, from us or from Splitit. The total never changes. Instalments are charged monthly; the weekly and daily figures are the same cost broken down, rounded to the nearest dollar, not a payment schedule. Your exact instalment amounts are shown on your Splitit link before you confirm anything.
Good to know before you buy
- You need the full amount available on your card. When you confirm your plan, two transactions appear on your card. The first is your first instalment, which is a charge. The second is an authorisation for up to the full purchase amount, which is not a charge and will not appear on your card bill. It simply confirms the credit is there. Most banks release it within a few business days, though your bank controls the timing and it may be renewed for the remaining balance as you pay your plan down.
- Your card’s standard terms apply. Splitit charges no interest. If you carry a balance on your credit card, your card provider’s usual interest applies to that balance, the same as any other purchase.
- Credit cards only. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Debit and prepaid cards cannot start a plan, although you can pay a plan out early with a debit card.
- The schedule is fixed. Instalment dates and amounts are set when your plan is created and stay the same for the life of the plan.
Common questions
Does Splitit affect my credit score?
No. There is no credit check, no application and no new credit account. Nothing is recorded on your credit file.
Is it really interest free?
Yes. Found—Space and Splitit charge you no interest and no fees on any plan. The only thing to be aware of is your own card’s terms. If you carry a balance on the card, your provider’s normal interest applies.
Why do I see two transactions on my card after ordering?
The first is your first instalment, which is a real charge. The second is the authorisation that secures the balance of your plan. It is not a charge and will not appear on your card bill. Most banks release it within a few business days, and it may be renewed for what remains as you pay your plan down.
How do I keep track of my plan?
Splitit emails you at every step, and the Splitit Shopper Portal shows your full schedule, payments made and balance remaining. Splitit’s support team is available around the clock by chat and email.
What happens if I return my order?
Our Returns and Cancellation Policy applies as normal, and every return or cancellation starts with us. Once approved, it flows through to Splitit automatically. A full refund cancels your remaining instalments and returns anything owed to your card. A partial refund reduces your remaining instalments first, with any difference credited back to your card. Allow up to 5 business days for credits to appear.
Can I pay my plan out early?
Yes. Log in to the Shopper Portal and use the pay-off option to clear the remaining balance at any time, at no extra cost. You can even use a debit card for the payout.
What if my card expires or is replaced during the plan?
Update your card in the Shopper Portal at any time and the remaining instalments move across. The replacement card needs to be a credit card.
Can I use a payment plan on any purchase?
Yes. Every Found—Space order works the same way, whether it is a sauna, a cold plunge or accessories. Once your order is confirmed, your sauna specialist sends the link and you take it from there.
