- You will have a consultation with a member of the Found—Space team on how to use the sauna for the two weeks.
- For the next 14 days, you will use the sauna every night as recommended.
- You have the best sleep you’ve had in years.
- At the end of the Sleep Challenge, you will debrief with the Found—Space team to discuss your experience.
