Sauna Warranties

Prior to 2023:

• Heaters: Lifetime
• Cabinet: 5 years
• Electrical: 5 years
• Labour: 1 year

From Jan 2023 – Dec 2024

• Heaters: Lifetime
• Cabinet: Lifetime
• Electrical: Lifetime
• FS-1 Control System: 10 years
• Screen: 5 years
• Labour: 1 year

Current Sauna Warranties (from Jan 2025)

Residential – Component Warranties

• Sentiotec Full Spectrum Heaters: 10 years
• CF3 Carbon Heaters & Other Full Spectrum Heaters: 5 years
• Cabinet (including bench, floor, and hardware, excluding glass): 5 years
• Cabling, Connectors, Speakers, Lighting: 5 years
• FS-1 Control System: 3 years
• Screen: 3 years
• Labour: 1 year

Commercial – Component Warranties

• Sentiotec Full Spectrum Heaters: 3 years
• CF3 Carbon Heaters & Other Full Spectrum Heaters: 3 years
• Cabinet (including hardware, excluding bench, floor, and glass): 3 years
• Bench & Floor: 1 year

Service Call-Out Fees

After the first year of installation, all technician site visits will incur a call-out fee.

• Current Standard Metro Call-Out Fee: $275

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Our warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. If a Found—Space sauna or cold plunge is purchased secondhand, the original warranty does not transfer to the new owner. Warranty coverage remains valid only when the product is purchased directly from Found—Space or an authorized distributor.
