At Found—Space, we are dedicated to ensuring that your wellness journey is as seamless as possible, from purchase to setup. This page outlines our updated shipping and installation policy, effective June 1st. Please read through to better understand our new pricing structure and services.
As part of our commitment to providing top-tier service, we now have a more transparent and accurate pricing model for shipping and installation. Starting June 1st, all sauna and cold plunge purchases will be subject to delivery and installation fees based on your location.
What You Can Expect:

Saunas: Delivery and installation of your sauna will be provided by our professional team.

Cold Plunges: Our expert team will deliver and install your cold plunge, ensuring everything is set up and ready to use.
For the majority of our customers, this will involve a straightforward delivery and installation process. However, for certain locations, additional fees may apply based on distance and the complexity of the installation.
Updated Pricing for Delivery & Installation
For Saunas:

Metro Areas (within 100km of the following postcodes):

$750 for sauna delivery and installation

Postcodes: 3133, 4500, 2135

Regional and Interstate Areas (outside 100km of the above postcodes):

$1,200 for sauna delivery and installation

WA, TAS, SA: $1,200 for saunas

NT will require a custom quote by our operations team

For Cold Plunges:

$550 for cold plunge delivery and installation

Additional Charges for Multiple Units
If you’re purchasing multiple saunas or cold plunges (not part of a bundle), an additional 25% fee will apply to the installation and delivery charges. This fee ensures that we are able to accommodate the additional complexity of larger installations.

As our business has grown, the logistics costs of delivering and installing high-end wellness equipment have become more variable. This change helps us manage those fluctuations and continue providing the exceptional service you expect from Found—Space.

We provide a professional, reliable installation service that goes beyond the basics. Our Found—Space technicians will handle everything from delivery to installation, and ensure you’re fully onboarded with the knowledge you need to begin your wellness journey.

What About Installation for Remote Locations?
For remote areas outside of major metropolitan zones (especially WA, TAS, SA, and NT), we will provide a tailored quote for both delivery and installation. Please reach out to our team directly for more details.
