Paul Taylor is a former Navy aircrew officer where he served in the British Navy for eight years. Paul is a neuroscientist, exercise physiologist, and nutritionist who is currently completing a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology, where he's developing and testing resilient strategies with the Australian Defence Science Technology Group and the University of Tasmania.
